Erica Honeycutt, CPLTA, CDOA
Erica Honeycutt is the President & Founder of Honeycutt Solutions and Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Lando Solutions. She brings more than 20 years of experience in energy land administration, helping companies improve processes, strengthen data integrity, and solve complex operational challenges.
Throughout her career, Erica has partnered with private operators, private equity-backed companies, mineral owners, and publicly traded organizations across multiple states. Her expertise includes land administration, division orders, owner relations, lease and contract management, acquisitions and divestitures, workflow design, process improvement, project management, training, database administration, reporting, and data analytics.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is both a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst (CPLTA) and Certified Division Order Analyst (CDOA). She is also a frequent industry speaker and educator, sharing practical knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions with land administration professionals across the country.

Bryan Weatherly
Bryan is a visionary leader, software engineer, and asset management expert known for his innovative approach and strategic insight in the oil and gas industry. With over 20 years of experience, Bryan has honed his expertise across all aspects of Oil and Gas Land Administration, culminating in his recent role as Director of Title and Lease at QEP Energy Company.
A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a BS in Mathematics and a specialty in Computer Science, Bryan combines a deep technical foundation with practical industry knowledge. His career is marked by the successful development and deployment of advanced Land Administration software applications, transforming workflows and increasing operational efficiency for the companies he's served.
In 2024, Bryan co-founded Lando Solutions, LLC, a company dedicated to revolutionizing Land Administration through cutting-edge software. His strong leadership, technical acumen, and commitment to user-focused innovation have established him as a trusted figure in asset management technology.
Jessica Mulverhill, CPLTA
Jessica serves as Director of Land Services at Honeycutt Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in land administration, title, asset management, and operational leadership. She has led complex land organizations, managed large-scale asset portfolios, and supported multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and divestitures. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for delivering reliable solutions that improve operational efficiency, helping organizations solve complex challenges and achieve their business objectives.
Jessica has been a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst (CPLTA) for more than 15 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Colorado Boulder. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, mentored professionals, and driven operational excellence. She has also been actively involved with the Denver Association of Lease and Title Analysts (DALTA), serving in numerous leadership roles, including multiple terms as President, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the land profession and supporting the industry community.

Emily Nowlin, CPLTA
Emily is the Special Projects Manager for Honeycutt Solutions. She brings over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry to the table. She has a proven track record of providing quality customer service and delivering results. She has extensive experience in lease/contract records, data conversion/implementations, auditing, procedural analysis, payment compliance and data management.
Emily has a Bachelor degree in Studio Art from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s degree in Energy Legal Studies from Oklahoma City University. She has also been a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst (CPLTA) since 2017.

Kimbra Jerman
Kimbra Jerman is the Land and Contracts Manager at Honeycutt Solutions. She brings over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in federal lands. Her core competencies include lease analysis/management, project management, due diligence, acquisitions and divestitures, agreement and contract drafting, acreage analysis, NRI calculations, suspense funds, revenue booking, audit compliance, and developing department procedures. Kimbra is passionate about collaboration, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Kimbra has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Denver. But her passion for the energy industry started at a young age, being mentored by her parents in the Rockies at Jerman Consultant Group. She is a Registered Landman with the AAPL and a certified Colorado Notary. She is actively involved with industry organizations.

Tracy Stahl, CPLTA
Tracy Stahl is the Suspense and Escheat Manager at Honeycutt Solutions with over 20 years of experience in oil and gas land processes and procedures. She has extensive experience with analyzing and interpreting title opinions and legal documents, complicated deck setups, transfers, suspense, unit spacing, royalty calculations, allocations, SOX audit procedures, lease review, contract analysis, owner relations, reverse/rebook analysis, and JIB/ Revenue discrepancies. She has worked basins in Colorado, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming.
Escheat has been another of Tracy’s primary responsibilities to include establishing the escheat process and timeline, annually updating state guidelines, suspense review, due diligence, reporting, remittance, and record keeping.
Tracy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies.

Cheryl Travison
Cheryl Travison is the Owner Relations Manager at Honeycutt Solutions with over seven years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She supports clients with land administration and owner relations functions, helping ensure processes are accurate, organized, and aligned with operational needs.
Her experience includes information management, owner relations, audit and compliance support, process development, contract review, vendor maintenance, AFE management, and project coordination. She works closely with clients to maintain data integrity, support compliance requirements, and improve overall process efficiency.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree in Security Management from the University of Denver.

Molly Shippee
Molly Shippee is the Land Administration Manager at Honeycutt Solutions, bringing more than nine years of experience in land administration, title research, data analysis, and revenue recovery. She has led large-scale E&P data integration initiatives, platform conversions, and managed complex ownership and title resolution projects. Molly is committed to delivering strategic solutions that strengthen data integrity, improve operational efficiency, and help clients confidently navigate complex land and revenue challenges.
Molly studied at Sacred Heart University and has been an active member of NADOA/DADOA and DAPL/AAPL since 2018. She is dedicated to continued professional growth and values the relationships and collaboration that help strengthen the land industry.
